All work completed by Axiom Home Tech carries a one year limited warranty on equipment and 90 day labor warranty on installations. When something comes up, you can be assured we’ll do our best to make it right.

* After 90 days, we will assist in the return and replacement of defective equipment that is under manufacturers warranty but will charge normal labor rates.
Service Rates
Axiom Home Tech welcomes support related requests beyond what is carried in our warranty.
Our technicians will fix (if possible) or replace any problematic and/or defective equipment hourly at industry rates. Please inquire if you’d like to know our current service rates. Our rate covers diagnosing and/or replacement of problematic equipment. Further visits may be required after diagnosing, and will be charged at the same hourly rate.
