All work completed by Axiom Home Tech carries a one year limited warranty on equipment and 90 day labor warranty on installations. When something comes up, you can be assured we’ll do our best to make it right.

* After 90 days, we will assist in the return and replacement of defective equipment that is under manufacturers warranty but will charge normal labor rates.
Service Plans
Axiom Home Tech welcomes support related requests beyond what is carried in our warranty.
We have partnered with OneVision Service to offer remote support through a membership plan. Members receive a myriad of added benefits. All member service calls are triaged and then offered instant remote troubleshooting or an on-site appointment; whichever serves you best. This allows for more efficient, timely and elevated service experiences for all our clients.
For those clients not interested in a membership, Axiom Home Tech will continue to serve you on-site. All service requests begin with a call or text to 831-609-9997 or email support@axiomhometech.com and you will be contacted asap!
