All work completed by Axiom Home Tech carries our one year limited warranty on equipment and installations. When something comes up, you can be assured we’ll do our best to make it right.
What We Cover In Our One Year Warranty
- Technical and/or malfunctions to equipment after installation
- Programming, and cabling issues
- Defective equipment
What We Do Not Cover
- Third party interference with technology (Cable provider outages, power disruptions etc)
- Physical damage or alteration carried out by user or third party to Axiom Home Tech installations
Axiom Home Tech welcomes support related requests beyond what is carried in our warranty. Our technicians will fix (if possible) or replace any problematic and/or defective equipment hourly at industry rates. Please inquire if you’d like to know our current service rates. Our rate covers diagnosing and/or replacement of problematic equipment. Further visits may be required after diagnosing, and will be charged at the same hourly rate.
